Hello, I’m Tracy Roesch Williams, Executive Coach and Founder of Journeys InSight.
As a recovering alcoholic of 27 years, my journey hasn’t always been easy. I spent years searching for a quick fix, hoping to feel comfortable in my own skin.
At one year sober, a career coach helped me uncover I was dyslexic—a revelation that changed everything. At 32, I realized I could build a fulfilling business, create income, and even enjoy the process. That moment sparked my entrepreneurial journey!
Now, 27 years later, I’m still on this path—teaching, speaking, coaching, publishing, and embracing life fully. I’ve learned that with an open mind and willingness, one can achieve amazing things!
