Having a clear, strong foundation is key to business growth. In this 90-minute workshop, we are going to spend oodles of time creating clarity for desired goals! Participants will construct a rock-solid foundation that serves as the compass moving forward. This works for when you know what hits the fan, you'll be prepared to keep moving forward. Worksheets, tracking sheets, and fun materials, as well as a few giveaways, are provided to make this interactive workshop fun.

This Vision Mapping Framework is about designing specific actions with dates, and times, and more aligned with very specific personal goals. This will be necessary for driving your business forward.

I'm Tracy Roesch Williams, an Executive Coach based in Alaska. Having overcome a 25-year battle with alcoholism, I understand that life isn't always filled with rainbows and butterflies, and the search for a quick fix to find comfort within ourselves is all too familiar.
A pivotal moment came one year into my sobriety when I connected with a career coach who revealed that I am dyslexic. At 32 years old, this discovery opened a new path for me, one where I could build a business, generate income, and enjoy the journey. It was the beginning of my entrepreneurial adventure.
